RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We're happy to return or exchange your SOZO products. Items returned or exchanged must be in like-new condition within 30 days of the purchase date unless the item was damaged or defective.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You will be responsible for the cost of your return or exchange shipment. Returns will be refunded less shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
